Spiritual Formation Coaching

is centered on the first and greatest commandment - to love God with all your heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37). This coaching journey invites you to deepen your relationship with God, align your life with His will, and grow in love for Him. Your transformation occurs as you respond to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, who guides you in your unique path of holiness. Rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, this form of coaching integrates spiritual practices, Scripture, prayer, and Church tradition.

As your coach, I will partner with you to deepen your spiritual life, and overcome obstacles to your spiritual growth. This journey of partnership often includes:

• Discerning God's Will: Helping you recognize God's love and presence in your life and understand His calling for you.
• Discerning and respond to the Holy Spirit's work in your heart and circumstances.
• Overcoming barriers to spiritual growth.
• Developing a Prayer Life: Supporting you in building or strengthening your prayer practices, including contemplative, liturgical, and personal prayer.
• Living Virtuously: Encouraging you to grow in virtues, resist sin, and make choices aligned with Catholic moral teachings.
• Scriptural Reflection: Integrating the Word of God into your personal growth by meditating on Scripture and applying its wisdom to your life.
• Accountability and Encouragement: Providing a safe, supportive space to discuss struggles, celebrate victories, and stay committed to spiritual goals.
